During this process, we may discover an issue that you may not be aware of, and in such cases will reach out immediately to offer you options in order to reach the best possible resolution. Once completed, your bike will be returned to you in optimal tune, allowing you to ride with confidence in the performance and reliability of your machine.
Bicycle Concierge
We understand that your time is valuable. To best meet your active lifestyle, we offer concierge bicycle mechanic services. Our friendly staff will meet you at a time and place that is convenient to your schedule for pickup of your bicycle. We can discuss any pending concerns you have and provide you with a timeline for service.
